1. Let me begin by saying, 'I give praise where it is due, and I will complain just the same.

2. When you complain to the front desk everyone puts on their best sympathetic face and say things like - 'how terrible', 'you are right, that is totally unacceptable' and then DO NOTHING to remedy it.

8. I did call the front desk and complain and was informed that parents of young children rent the rooms in your hotel and drop off their children.

9. Due to an ice storm many of the staff had not been to their own homes for many days but they were all so friendly and helpful and made our stay so enjoyable, not one of them complained about not going home.
