I explained to the clerk that I had made my reservation over 7 months ago, showed her my printed out email confirmation and told her that they had my email addrress and phone number and they obviously knew they had a problem with overbooking so they should have contacted me prior to my arrival and priot to making me wait in line for an hour to be told they didn't have a room.

10. other problems were lift waiting times reaching 5minutes once it became busier at the weekends and the wifi internet kept needing to be reconnected every 5 minutes too but worked strong whilst oni would defo encourage groups of friends to stay there as you 'll be pleasantly suprised in terms of space and qulity u get for your money and it is also in a decent midtown location.
