9. My specific complaints: mold in shower; only metal mini blinds for windows and these had taken abuse; no desk; air conditioner was governed, although I lowered the thermostat as much as possible there was no difference in temp of room; due to lack of curtains I was unable to keep heat out of room; for an upscale hotel, I thought it unusual they would blast rap music in the middle of the day; walls were bare of any art/prints etc.
