1. Typically as far as it comes to historical buildings (and this one has got some real and fascinating one), there are typically strings attached, like stuffy air, worn interior, squeaking floors, etc.

3. Yes, the parking is expensive ($28 to self park, $30 for valet) and the furnishings in the room were a little worn - but for location, room size and service - I highly recommend this hotel.
