The
worst
part is that it was not a single person who was misinformed and not knowledgeable - we had 4 different people helping us and not one of them knew what they were doing when it came to parking.

And,
worst
of all, a maid who let the doors to the room she was cleaning slam repeated for 20 minutes as she went in and out, right next door.

The
worst
is the Front Desk who was not helpful at all when I asked for an email receipt ('Please do not call again because I can not do anything for you').
