1. The bed was comfortable but the one issue I did have was that the sheets and cover weren't enough to keep me comfortable at night.

2. As I said, I'll stay here the next time the conference is in town as the alternative (1/2 mile away at the Hilton) is worse than the issues here.

3. Recent stay, however, more glitches/issues than I recalled from last time including screwed up bill (which in fairness, was straightend out), housekeeping issues, and about the weakest, most luke-warm shower ever.

5. One issue I will always have with this hotel which is the extreme cold in the public areas & in the hallways.

6. They said it was due to construction but later found out the president of a foreign country was here and I think security issues may have been at play.

8. The only major issue I had with the hotel was the fire alarm got pulled at 2am on one of the nights we were there and there was no staff to inform us what was happening.

9. No issues with sound in hallways at night as the hotel put up signs at night to have people keep quiet.
