4. negatives: no Starbucks (they took it out years ago) and the coffee is terrible and a Starbucks not within walking distance, so for breakfast you either overpay for room service, visit an overpriced convenience store on site, or walk down the hill to McDonalds.

7. I can see the other comments made by other reviewers to be negative perhaps because upon arrival at the front doors of the hotel, no one immediately greets you nor comes to your aid unless you ask.
