1. I would say that this is a 'sick' hotel in that it is old, dusty and dirty.
"Do not stay here " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/1/2012 Vote
2. dirty towels in my room.
"Great people but..... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/11/2012 Vote
3. I am here for a convention and just got out of the shower where I had to stand in my own dirty water (lack of proper drainage), in a bathroom where I had to straddle the toilet to close the door, in a hotel that claims to have recently renovated.
"oh so not worth it " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/14/2011 Vote
4. I also noticed the air vents in the older room were quite dirty and frankly I suspected there was some mold.
"Does a great job on large meetings, rooms a mixed bag. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/3/2011 Vote
5. The negatives: the walls are thin (you WILL hear your neighbors), the carpet is dirty according to my white socks, internet connections are poor, and a bath towel had brown stains.
"Suggest you look elsewhere " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/9/2010 Vote
6. The 'attendant' on duty was on the phone the entire time with his buddy, not attending to the dirty machines.
"Dirty room, dirty gym, bad service " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/25/2010 Vote
7. - the gym was nasty - dirty sweaty machines, the elliptical I was using was loudly squeeking for the first 20 minutes and then literally broke under me.

8. My room was by the elevator and it was quiet- rooms are updated with flat screen TVs and a nice lobby- decent restaurant and conference facilities- right next to the metroThe bad:- upon check-in I was informed that my reservation was cancelled and they did not have a king room- my room was dirty - used washclothes in the bathtub, unmade bed, trash in the trashbin- when my work credit card was declined, and I asked the hotel to try again the front-desk clerk simply looked away to help the next person (wow.
"Dirty room, dirty gym, bad service " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/25/2010 Vote
9. Then the room was dirty (sticky surfaces, food particles from pervious tenants were still on the carpet).
"Dirty rooms and rude service " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/8/2010 Vote
10. Leaking sink, thin walls, shower head falling off, dirty bed skirt and shower curtain (how did housecleaning not see that?) overpriced food in restaurants (with a hair in the meal), grumpy waiters, absent parking attendants and the gate was broken so we couldn't get out---I've learned to avoid business class hotels even if it means having to walk a few blocks to my conferences in future to stay a nicer hotel.
"Okay but overpriced " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/27/2009 Vote
