1. The Central Tower is noisy, however, mostly due to the attendees at the large conferences held here and it is not unusual to be woken in the middle of the night by loud conversations in the hall.

Lukewarm room service, surly senior concierge who just won't understand that you can't sleep if some guy is having a loud menage a trois next door; gets miffed if you want to move to a quiet room, and even more miffed if the 'quiet room he takes you to is REFUSED, given the LOUD NOISES coming from the room across the hall as you mosey in.
