1. exceptional service by receptionists, clean and spacious rooms, and has the usual amenities of large chain hotels-gym, restaurant, overpriced parking (although expected for DC).

2. negatives: no Starbucks (they took it out years ago) and the coffee is terrible and a Starbucks not within walking distance, so for breakfast you either overpay for room service, visit an overpriced convenience store on site, or walk down the hill to McDonalds.

7. The restaurant itself has many choices for food including an Irish Bar and a mini-breakfast cafe, but it's sort of like buying overpriced food at a ball park.
