4. I honestly don't believe that the volumn was excessive but it was audible due to very poor soundproofing between rooms.

5. Oh, and dysfunctional coffee makers, poor (read: wimpy water) shower, useless shampoo, weird TV and did I say paper-thin walls? You have to walk forever to get to the elevator.
