8. Not generally a problem, but when it is already after 1 in the morning and you already had to change rooms due to smoke allergies in a non-smoking hotel, it can be very frustrating.

9. I was frustrated that the concierge lounge was closed for a lot of the time during my stay (again, due to the holidays) but when it was open it was a great resource, and well worth the extra money.
