1. Funny thing is, I could go online and book exactly the room I wanted without any problem.

7. I highly recommend this place for a short or for a long visit to anyone BUT when they fix this minor problem as I don't want anyone else to catch cold again.

That being said, I was happy that they upgraded me instead of just not fixing my problem, and the service in the hotel was good--room service was decent and arrived quickly, bell service was efficient, and the location of course is excellent for access to the Red Line Metro, walking to Adams Morgan, etc.
