1. My only complaint was the weird and sometimes confusing layout of the meeting rooms- up and down multiple floors, across the lobby to another escalator, etc.

2. Only two complaints to think of: 1) If you end up staying in the older, historic section of the hotel, you will have a very long walk to the main lobby, bar, and restaurants.

3. I stayed in the old tower and my only complaint would be the pedastal sink in the bathroom which makes it very difficult to place make up and toiletries.
