1. You really can't get any closer to times square itself, hop on hop off bus location only a 2 minute walk away and just the 'happening' position.

6. We have just returned from a 4 night stay at this Novotel, I can highly recommend this hotel for it's convenience not just for Times Square but also a short walk to Central Park and all the shops on 5th Avenue.

8. It is within walking distance of other attractions such as the Empire State Building, 5th Avenue, Central Park, Macy's etc - they are a good walk but its the best way to explore this city.

9. The nearest subway is 2 blocks down - 2 mins walk, this has excellent links to other areas of NYC, mainly the south ferry terminal and Battery Park where you need to be to go to the statue of liberty.
