1. Everything else was fine, comfortable (the mattress was good, not too hard like some hotels can have), nice decor, and great location so I could have given then 5 stars but to me that means perfection and they weren't perfect.

2. The location is suberb, right in Times Square, the rooms are big enough (my room was handicapped friendly also), the beds are great, with huge and confortable matressesand nice and modern decor.
