1. We booked through Thomas Cook, room only, the website would only let us book a double room but we emailed and asked for two beds and they were happy to accommodate this for no extra charge.

2. Once we arrived at our floor on the 21st we got to our room and the first thing that we saw was the size of the bed it was to say the least it was massive the room was very clean it's own safe to lock all your money in etc etc (free of charge) then we took a look out of the window to see the bright lights of broadway.

3. They also have an office for guests with 2 computers and a printer free of charge, usuall already token, except for the early morning hours.

4. My only gripe about the room was there are no tea/coffee maiking facilities in the rooms however they serve coffee in the loby free of charge until 8am(thats ok if your up early).

7. One more thing is the fact that almost all the New York Hotels (this one included) do not include breakfast in the room price is not totally fare, These Hotel already gain a lot with the room price and they want normally charge the visitor of more fee having a breakfast that is not included in the room price as most of other cities in USA do.

8. For the in room wifi, there is a little catch, u will be charge for each device.

9. The rooms are relatively basic but have the mod cons needed, such as television, mini-bar (not that I would ever use it with the prices they charge!), hair dryer, iron and safe.

10. I strongly dislike mini bar that automatically charge you for items, especially when you first get there and you have not had time to read all the info about the mini bar - why not leave some space so you could place some water.
