2. We ordered room service on New Year's Eve at 7.30 after an hour we rang back and they said it's on our floor and it will be delivered shortly at 9pm we rang back and apparently now they couldn't find our order.

4. These services may include but not limited to automatic bed turn-down service, valet parking, 24 hour Room Service, Complimentary shoe shine, etc. I believe this hotel currently has a 3 star Mobile rating which is the only official Hotel rating system in America.

5. The hotel rooms were spacious and very clean the only downside is they did'nt have tea/coffee making facilities in the room but we used to nip to Macdonalds which was next door and a lot cheaper than room service or the restaurant.
