7. the bathroom was shabby with what resembled cement stains in the sink, we had to aks for our room to be cleaned and fresh towels on the day after arrival, if you call housekeeping don't expect any politeness, everything seemed too much trouble for them.

8. me and my nan arrived in new york city on the 13th of december 2009, the hotel was lovely we had a good view of times sqaure the room we stayed in was 2116, the staff were very kind and very helpfull the food in the hotel was very nice and the waiter's were nice and polite aswell there was one waiter called adam who was very nice:D the hotel was very clean and modern!the rooms were clean and we had clean towels everyday.
