4. Check in was easy - staff seemed friendly and responsive to our needs etc - They have a bag drop if you need to check out early but have a late flight etc, and security at the reception.

6. Upon day of leaving we had a late flight and check out is at 12, but the hotel does offer bag keeping service for $1 per bag for the whole day.

7. Rita was helpful when I asked for a late check out because again my flight was delayed- she was very understanding and helpful to this effect.

10. When you check out you can leave bags at hotel for as long as you want, no problems, would stay again, don't let other reviews put you off.
