2. Ate breakfast there as it was included in our booking but this was a (minor) hassle each day as they still insisted on giving us the bill for food each morning & we had to point out it had already been paid.

3. The public areas fit the bill of a 5 star hotel, but the rooms and customer service are a disappointment.

4. As I already stated there were some drawbacks:The barman who served us was very friendly serving our drinks, I gave him a larger tip than necessary because of the good service but when I gave him the book with bill and creditcard he came back and told me in a rude way that I had no credit line at the hotel.

5. Only downsides were the usual USA thing about the fridge being sensored - (that is take a Coke out of the fridge and it goes straight onto your bill) - so there was nowhere to store your own drinks (ice and buckets were available); there was no guest laundry - had to use a laundromat several streets away (often a problem on a long holiday!) and the internet was not free - which shold really be a 'gimme' for hotels of Novotels standing by now.

7. You are automatically charged on your bill for the withdrawn item even if you put it back later as is based on sensor.

8. I had an issue after my stay with service charges billed to me from the hotel that i did not pay for or even know about.

9. If you go, be prepared to throw money regularly through the night into a bucket as well as pay the 18% service charge added to the bill.

10. the pizza was great it was $15 but it was really packed with loads of toppings overall our bill with 2 drinks each and tip was just over $30.
