I went over with a friend this year and we wanted to shop and do all the tourist bits without using so much subway and this hotel allowed it with ease i usually stay on 103rd street so to stay in the middle of Times square was a little worrying at first but you would never know from the hotel as soon as you turn onto 52nd street to go in the hotels revolving doors a smiling doorman is always there to help you then get your elevator straight up to the beautiful open plan front desk , bar and restaurant with giant windows looking out onto Times square a balcony .

10. The front desk staff were always very pleasant no matter what time you went past the desk and Arielle the Executive Assistant was extremely friendly and helpful with information, the attitude of the staff definitely comes as an example from upper management.
