1. The cabanas have two comfy lounge chairs with fitted towel-covered pads, plus four additional towels, an accordion-type cabana cover that can be adjusted to several positions, and a cooler which has ice, bottled water, nuts, chips and fruit inside.

2. Every time we left in the morning, we were given towels and water and told to have a great time (sadly we didn't get the name of the one valet in particular who was The Best!) We asked about the availability of an upgraded room, and were given a higher floor, larger, partial ocean view room at no additional cost.

3. you have to pay either way, and it is only a few bucks more per day for valet, our valets were so warm and friendly, offering directions to places, or free bottles of water, beach towels, etc..

4. Every time we ventured off property, the valet attendants not only retrieved our vehicle quickly, but prepped it by opening the windows to cool the interior and stocked it with cooled water and towels (when appropriate to our intended destination).

But then I noticed that the shutters on the sliding doors were coated with dust, as were the lamps, mouldings, etc. There were dirty smudges around the light switches etc. When maid service did come (once a day, you have to request an additional turndown), there was a lot of variability whether they left new towels, soaps, etc. And they never dusted.
