1. I would recommend going to the grocery store in Queens Marketplace or even cheaper Waikoloa Village for a few snacks to save money.

7. We only ate in the resort's restaurants one day to save money - we used to eat breakfast on our balcony with bagel's and cream cheese and OJ we kept in the fridge (they comped us a fridge since my wife is pregnant) and which we had bought from Foodlands grocery store which is about a mile away.
