1. After the wedding, we decided it was just better to drive home (4 hours) rather than to stay in a cramped hotel room with a stiff bed, smelly pillows and paper-thin walls.

4. Not helpful at the Service DeskThe pillow is lumppy (old) and the blanket doesn't feel clean/fresh.

7. The strangest thing was they only gave you one pillow on each bed (twin beds, also rare in hotels in the US), and when we asked for extra, they told us they were completely out of pillows.
