1. Good flatscreen tv, shower in bathroom (no bath, maybe an issue for some), cofffee maker was great, and plenty of coffee and creamer, if needed in a cupboard near to ice machine.

9. The room itself was small but decently appointed -- somewhat spartan, in the fashion of a mid-seventies college dorm-room that had been gussied up with some designer furniture and finishes -- but you could still see its origins in the narrow room, cheap tile, and bath fixtures.
