1. The queen bed is pretty basic - no specially branded bedding or multiple layers of sheets and feathers here - but comfortable.

8. We asked reception if we could get it made up, again staff were very moody, and when we came back to our room the sheets were just left on the sofa bed, towels frayed.

10. The bedding was extremely odd in that the bottom sheets did not make it up to the top of the mattress, so that about 5-6 inches of mattress was visible on both of the beds.
