2. Inside the room, it was spacious with a nice decor, and the bed was very comfortable with feather pillows and a down duvet (we did help ourselves to two extra pillows from the guest request closest).

3. Impressions only spoilt by some minor black marks: * no soap in bathroom (lobby staff fixed that quickly), * the extra linen in the corridor cupboard was not clean, and * the decor was a bit dark for a room that was well down in an "office canyon" and had fairly small windows.
