8. I would recommend this hotel to a solo traveler who does not care about cleanliness, and does not care about courtesy or other services such as parking or valet.

9. The only negatives were there is no parking (it cost $40 from Friday night to Sunday at noon) at 33 Arch St & the hotel does not offer discounts there & the room was a bit small.
