1. A native resident in the area, a few friends and I reserved 3 Kitchenette suits with a full size bed and pull out couch to enjoy the evening in town.

5. When we checked with the front desk the gentleman said we had booked a standard room even though I had all the confirmations indicating we were to get a suite.
