1. Coffee also to hand in the lobby lounge, and next door is the Elephant & Castle pub serving meals and a fantastic cooked to order breakfast menu.

4. Even the first night, when we were short 2 pillows, they searched high and low, at 1am and found 2 and then gave all 6 of us complimentary breakfast at the great restaurant next door-with wonderful Mike as our waiter.

10. There's no doorman, bag service, concierge, free breakfast or valet, instead there's electronic check in (they'll help you), the elevator works when you use your card key, then there's your room.
