1. The location could not have been better and though our stay was short, the little touches like our towels folded into elephants and warm welcoming receptionist made us feel like we were valued regulars.

2. It is like pulling teeth to even get a clean towel, coffee isn't available, no laundry in the hotel (only send out service at $6 per shirt), staff members seem to just aimlessly roam the halls and crowd the elevators to the point of having to wait several rounds for one.

5. This was done after I had checked out early as a courtesy to the hotel to allow them to prepare rooms during a very busy Friday3 I left towels in the shower floor to be replaced only to find the same pile and new towels stacked on top of my side chair.

10. The only thing I didn't like about the place was that a couple of days, I wanted the towels replaced daily, but when I came back to the room, I noticed that the towels that were on the floor were hung up for some reason.
