6. * Elephant & Castle: I didn't get to stop in for dinner but it's a big plus having this E & C pub (named for the famous London tube stop) adjoining the CQB as - in the IMMEDIATE area - your nighttime dining & drinking options will be otherwise limited.

7. When I called to get a phone number to a taxi service (we were going out for a fancy dinner) they told me to just call down 5 minutes before we wanted to leave and they would take care of it.
