1. Room: good size (plenty of floor space), good closet (real hangers) nice desk setup, mini-fridge, microwave, really comfortable bed (pillows were great), upholstered club chairBathroom: good size, step in shower (no awful, slippery tub), great water pressure, good lighting, hairdryerService: staff was friendly, self service kiosk at checkin and checkout was very convenient - I checked out and did not need to wait in line.

6. Inside the room, it was spacious with a nice decor, and the bed was very comfortable with feather pillows and a down duvet (we did help ourselves to two extra pillows from the guest request closest).

10. The strangest thing was they only gave you one pillow on each bed (twin beds, also rare in hotels in the US), and when we asked for extra, they told us they were completely out of pillows.
