1. ) The bed was exceptionally comfortable (it felt like it was new!), there was a small refrigerator and a microwave, the work area (which we used for wrapping presents and checking emails on our laptops) was large and well-thought-out - good lighting, great chair, free wifi.

Not only was the location excellent for my purpose, the room was very clean and comfortable with easy free wifi connection, the street was quiet at night, in the lobby there was a couple of pcs and printer as well as free coffee available to all the customers, and above all the staff were all very kind and friendly.
