1. When we came back at 6pm, our room was ready and we had a fantastic view of the Empire State Building from our room.

2. The prices are a bit high even if you dont get a great view but if you want to stay close to times square this is probably the best 'affordable' option.

3. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a corner room so had a great view down the block towards Times Square - great for checking things out but far enough from the madness when you wanted quiet.

7. We didn't have a fantastic view; however, prior to arrival we did request a higher floor (which I would also suggest) and that made a difference in the noise level.
