1. This hotel is within easy access to many NYC highlights - the theatre district, the Museum of Natural History, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Crafts, Central Park, Trump Towers, etc., AND rooms are spacious, clean and quiet - even when you're facing the street, the staff is helpful and friendly and to top it off, prices are reasonable.

3. I guess when you go to NYC you actually spend little to barely no time in the hotel room, so what you are looking is a reasonable price, a nice bed, good location and quiet place to sleep and I feel like this hotel has it.
