What's to say that's not been said it's all good here, book it book it book it if you havnt already, had a two rooms booked on the 12 floor room was great, went out for early dinner and returned to find a bottle of wine and goody bag as it was an anniversary trip partly for my husband but he was to arrive 2 days later on the 2 nite the ac broke down for part the night it was still 85 at 12 am I asked for a portable an nine was available they did offer water for my daughter the ac was fixed early morning we went out and returned to 6 breakfast vouchers and another gift bag and a handwritten card to say sorry for the ac, I rang down to say thanks my mam had a room and didn't complain and recieved none of the above the next morn I went to meet my husband and came bak to sparkling wine chocs etc and a anniversary card unbelieveable we arrived bak to the Hotel a few days later a bit earlier than I expected we came bak for 3 instead of 1 and both rooms where booked under my uncles name no goody bags but id say I'd my fair share of that , late check out was no prob wat did annoy me was the room next to ours was being fixed bathroom I think and the shouting from the workmen was awfull if I'd been staying that night I would def have said it to reception fair enough they have a job to do but the shouts down mobile phones was veryvery loud, il def be back here next time I'm in NYC it's aputy there is not even a plunge pool the hotel recommended the crowne plaza around the corner I took my daughter who's 11 paid 66 dollars in changed and then told we had to wait 20 min to get in and only for a half hour.
