8. Check-out was a breeze and we were able to pick up our bags after coming back from a taping of the Daily Show (our whole reason for going to NYC).

9. It would have been nice if we had been offered something else from the a la carte breakfast menu occasionally, as the buffet breakfast got a bit boring by the 11th day (our check-out).

10. The one other disappointment was when we tried to request a late-check-out I was informed that anything over an hour would cost +$50 and you could not use points to extend your stay, again I guess status is important here as I am a Platinum with SPG and they always let me stay till at least 3PM, even in NYC (Sheraton Manhattan & Four Points Times Square).
