There is also a small shop in the lobby of the hotel which sells snacks, toiletries, souvenirs, microwave meals - anything you might need in a hurry (and the girl working there was always very happy to give me plastic knives and forks which I always forgot to buy!)The staff were always pleasant, friendly and happy to help with any problem from directions, getting a taxi for you to getting a new room key (free of charge.

Terrible , if there is a maximum time to be in pool the shoul have a sign up or charge alot less I hope the hgi stops recommending this place even though they were only helping me with suggestion now they read this, thanks guys for a great stay I luvvvve ur hotel don't stop doing what ur doing, xxx.

The only other thing to mention about the hotel was the free of charge business centre offering free internet and unlimited printing - which we found very useful for printing out subway maps / ticket details etc.Finally id just like to thank all the fantastic staff in the hotel and the restaurant for making our stay such a pleasant one.

8. My kids forgot their toothbrushes and when I went to buy some at the Pantry I was told of course I could purchase them, but that if I went to the front desk the clerk would gladly provide me with some free of charge.
