2. The business centre is excellent, the wireless Internet was FAST, but I left out some items for housekeeping to remove which they ignored.

This is one of the few hotels I have stayed in recently where the complimentary Wifi in the bedroom actually works well - quite fast enough to stream TV from the UK and for Skype calls etc. There is a small Business Centre in the lobby where you can print out your boarding passes etc.Restaurant on the Ground Floor serves a good buffet breakfast and is very popular.

7. The hotel has a complementary service of Business centre, a fitness centre (but no indoor pool), a free daily journal and vending machines (in what they call a pantry) with lot's of snacks (the food in NYC is very expensive, so if you have hungry, you can eat something.
