1. Restaurants in times square are so so, but concierge was very helpful in guiding you to restaurants in Hell's Kitchen and nearby.

3. Some of the things that were outstanding were; fresh Starbucks coffee in the lobby every morning, friendly and helpful front desk staff/bell staff/concierge, very good buffet breakfast in the restaurant next door (complimentary to some of us HHonors members), and maid service.

4. Then there was the gorgeous Domingo on the concierge desk who went out of his way to get me a decent ride to the airport and every time I had a panic about getting my international connection at JFK he would say 'never mind Ms Margaret you sit down and I will take care of that' and he did.
