1. The people at the front desk were super nice and very friendly.

2. Upon check in, we had two queens that were too soft ( have a bad back) and front desk kindly moved us to another room, where beds were more firm.

5. Some of the things that were outstanding were; fresh Starbucks coffee in the lobby every morning, friendly and helpful front desk staff/bell staff/concierge, very good buffet breakfast in the restaurant next door (complimentary to some of us HHonors members), and maid service.

I didn't mean to stay at this hotel but a booking mix up saw me stay here on my last night in Manhattan - what a great place - Rachel at the front desk was awesome and helped me laugh off my not so grand experience around the corner with the wifi and she actually remembered my name and room number the next day without prompting - that made me feel extra special.
