1. Small unassuming lobby but overall clean and fit the need I was looking for.

2. Some of the things that were outstanding were; fresh Starbucks coffee in the lobby every morning, friendly and helpful front desk staff/bell staff/concierge, very good buffet breakfast in the restaurant next door (complimentary to some of us HHonors members), and maid service.
