The good: -location (very convenient -a few blocks from times square, broadway, rite aid is one block away, the food emporium (grocery store, one block away), XVI lounge is on the roof top (a bit pricey) and there is also a few restaurants very near the hotel-great service-very friendly staff-room is well equipped and very clean -microwave, coffee, comfortable beds, lots of towels, neutrogena soap and lotion, shampoo & conditioner -save 10$ on parking when you have your parking ticket validated (some hotels in NYC don't even offer this)The bad:-did not receive my complementary newspaper in the morning -no continental breakfast is included.

10. Excellent elevators , absolutely clean , no problem at all with external noises or even next room/corridor noises , good bathromm , good shower , a little bit small as the most of nyc non luxury hotels , exccelent beds ( 2 double beds ) , fridge , safe , daily cleaning and towel exchange.
