1. Booked an executive king suite as a splurge; first night we enter into a tiny room that has a couch and a big TV, really cramped, into a narrow hallway to the bedroom.

3. The Allerton has great service, my room was very modern (small but ok for just 1 person), great bar & lounge (with WiFi)in the hotel, encountered no problem.

4. We got a tiny room with small window looking to no where, the room smelled old with no air circulation, minibar had food from previous guest, no coffee in the room, loud air condition, when checking out found extra charges on the bill for the minibar that we reported unclean.
