The
food
was great when we ordered room service, and the location is in walking distance or short driving distance of key Chicago sites such as the aquarium and attractions along Lakeshore Drive, Michigan Avenue shopping and more.

There are also high quality
food
stores such as Treasure Island in the area, and their deli section, salad bars, and hot
food
selections are surprisingly nice and fairly reasonable in cost.

It sounds trivial but I was surprised that the mini bar was no more expensive than
food
or drinks in an airport.

Also, the $25 cleaning fee for even using the refrigerator is an unnecessary inconvenience - we walked to our car to store leftover
food
s from great Chicago restaurantes.
