1. First room was run of house a sooo small so we upgrade to a suite which was a lot better.

10. At this point an irate middle-aged woman who arrived about 20 minutes after us and was waiting in the lobby like us came up to the desk demanding her suite be ready and asked for a late check-out and amazingly the room was ready and the front desk granted her a 2 pm checkout.
