1. The classy doorman who went above and beyond what's called for to earn a tip; the front desk staff that allowed us an extremely early check-in; a top-of-the-line fitness center; and how truly cool the interior redesign made the hotel seem, compared to other chain hotels we've stayed at.

2. PROS: Safe, Central location & walkable to everything, clean rooms, yummy breakfast, GREAT fitness center, Raul -waiter during breakfast was GREAT, Bellhops very cordial, O'Hare travel board with arrivals and departures right in lobby.
