1. My point being, if you'd like to act like a Motel6, charge Motel6 prices.

4. When I arrived at the hotel, after initialing saying there were no upgrades available, a very helpful concierge and desk receptionist searched the computer and found a junior suite at a very reasonable extra charge.

6. The one issue I have is that they do charge $10 per day for 'in room' internet access but I will be quick to point out that there is free WIFI in the reception area.

7. They were going to charge me for internet access, however I checked my wireless and found that I could pick up a signal free of charge.

8. The check in desk upgraded us to a larger suite with no extra charge (and without our asking) and that suite was beautiful and spacious.
